- Hi, I'm Matt.
I'm the drummer, mixer, and producer for Frantic Orange.
- Frantic Orange is like folk punk, post-surf, pop rock.
- [Matt] It's just genre fusion.
- [Tucker] Straight up.
(Tucker chuckles) - That's a new genre.
Genre fusion, that's what we are.
That's how I describe it.
- The song we performed today was called "Signing Off."
It's from a project we've been working on, and that is, like, a poppier sound.
So, like, the way it was performed here today is not gonna be how it sounds on the record at all.
"Signing Off" is about leaving this idea of your past self behind, and trying to grow, and moving forward.
I guess what's different about us is that we are just completely guessing.
- Yeah.
- And we are figuring it out as we go along.
We're just experimenting and seeing what works, and I feel like listening to our music is kind of growing with us.
