News Wrap: More doubts about potential U.S.-China trade deal

China's foreign ministry warned the reprimand could affect ongoing trade negotiations. Also, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani again claimed the U.S. helped foment mass protests over gas price hikes but said that some people who had been jailed in the crackdown were innocent.
