The Sun Theater has sat empty and crumbling in Grand Center for decades. Now, 100 years after its original construction, the building is being given an $11 million dollar renovation by the Lawrence Group as it prepares the space for use by The Grand Center Arts Academy as their performance center. This is the first in a series on the transformation of this intriguing structure.
