The UK and the EU have announced a Brexit deal – again. Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s attempt to renegotiate Theresa May’s deal defied the odds and found success, but it still needs approval from the European and UK Parliaments, with the latter being a particularly difficult hurdle to clear.
